This is a highly experiential and practical programme that prepares mature workers and seniors to proactively plan and manage their work-life transition. Participants will learn how to identify what is important to them in order to stay active and relevant in their senior years. This course equips participants with the knowledge of monitoring their own health status, understanding nutritional values on food labels, keep fit through exercises and learn how to stay active and relevant by doing meaningful work and building relationships with people around them.
