金钱像是金融经济运作的“血液”。而数据则有如数字经济快车的“汽油”。您的个人数据是商家们竞相争取的宝贵资源。有的是为了想给您提供更贴心的个性化服务，有的则为了把数据转卖给他人以牟利。世界各国已纷纷订立个人信息和隐私保护法令，以欧盟的《通用数据保护规则》马首是瞻。而我国也早在2012年就立法保护个人数据，2020年底还修改并加强了法令的有效性和惩罚力度。本次讲座的演讲者黄加雄先生, 拥有30年的资讯科技工作经验，尤其着重在个人信息隐私和保护的咨询工作和培训方面。他会以讲故事的手法，深入浅出而轻松为大家讲解我国的《个人信息保护法》如何保护我们的隐私，而个人又能养成哪些良好的网络安全习惯来保护自己。这项活动适合50岁以上的人士参加。

About the Speaker
黄加雄，新加坡人，有三十年的IT工作经验, 是Young Technology Consulting 公司创办人 (www.youngtech.sg) 。公司专注于个人信息隐私和保护的咨询工作和培训。是美国 “国际隐私专业人士协会” 的授权培训中心，专注培训信息保护员 (Data Protection Officer 简称DPO)。
黄先生拥有宾夕法尼亚大学电脑，数学，和经济双学位, 是国家电脑局第二届海外奖学金得奖人。他也是国立大学科技管理硕士和南洋理工大学生物信息学硕士。他是华校生，早年毕业于立化中学，热爱中文。
