This interactive workshop covers introduction to the common health issues - High blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure as well as dementia - faced by the elderly in Singapore. Participants will understand the link between their diet and the relevant health issues. They will also learn to plan their diet based on their health concern and be able to interpret the food label to suit their dietary requirement.
