Twelve registered literary societies in Singapore have joined forces with Arts House Limited to present a Chinese poetry recital as part of VERSE, a platform that showcases multilingual programmes of our partners in the literary arts. A total of 14 poets and 4 reciters – from veterans to those new to the scene – will take the stage to recite poetry. All poems read will be original Singaporean works, in line with the objective to promote local Chinese literature.
This session will be conducted in Mandarin.
明月几时有 — 新华文学节诗歌朗诵会
在惊涛拍岸的疫情退潮后，新加坡12个文学、文化与艺术团体，联合艺苑公司（Arts House Limited），积极响应新华文学节委员会的号召，在花好月圆的中秋佳节期间，在维多利亚剧院古色古香的梁柱间，在主持人蔡志礼博士的牵引下，18位本地诗人、朗诵人和吟唱人将陆续上台，分享创作历程与朗诵吟唱心得。诗人也会把自己最具本土色彩的新诗，以原声带动情地朗诵给大家听，为高楼大厦林立的中央商业区，营造一个诗意萦绕的夜晚。
联办的文学、文化和艺术团体祈盼通过真情的朗诵吟唱，推广新华文学，加强社会各界对新华文学、文学团体和作家诗人的认识与认同。这个获得黄马家兰女士鼎力赞助的朗诵会发布消息后，引起了本地文教界和媒体的广泛关注。朗诵会入场免费，自由入座，欢迎大家一起来关心、欣赏和支持本地原创华文文学。
